Development, Testing and Characterization of Al NanoTiCp Composites through Powder Metallurgy Techniques

In the present scenario, weight diminution and strength enrichment are main requirements for escalating application of a nano composite material in different sectors. Several industrial sectors, such as automobile, defense aerospace, making various components composites with help powder metallurgy processing. this study, Al nanoTiCp (2, 4 6 wt %) were contrived through modified (PM) techniques Cold Isostatic Compaction process (CIP). The mechanical properties density, porosity, micro-hardness, compressive indirect tensile increasing reinforcement particles up to % metal matrix composites. Nevertheless, clustering found at %, which is also observed SEM images.
